Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max Vermillion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Rosillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rosillo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Skillet - Hero. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Max Vermillion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Juan Rosillo!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Chad Campbell and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vermillion attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Juan Rosillo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vermillion shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rosillo as he avoids it easily.
A big right from Rosillo misses.
Rosillo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Vermillion.
Vermillion misses with a wild body shot.
Vermillion shoots in looking for a takedown but Rosillo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vermillion's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Rosillo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Vermillion.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Vermillion. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vermillion on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Vermillion gets caught flat footed, as Rosillo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Vermillion is looking for a triangle here but Rosillo uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Vermillion is looking for a sweep.
A lull in the action here.
Vermillion tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rosillo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Vermillion tries to improve position but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vermillion looking for a sweep but Rosillo has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Vermillion tries to hold on but Rosillo pushes him away.
Vermillion keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Vermillion is breathing heavily.
Rosillo blocks Vermillion's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Vermillion is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Vermillion throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Rosillo controlling from the full mount.
Vermillion is trying to escape the mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rosillo tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Vermillion regains half guard.
Rosillo takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Juan Rosillo was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Rosillo is looking to clinch but Vermillion is avoiding it.
Vermillion takes a jab right on the kisser.
Rosillo smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Rosillo scores with a one two! Vermillion had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
A head kick misses from Rosillo.
Rosillo cracks Vermillion with a good jab.
Jab, jab by Rosillo - just one landing.
Vermillion is rocked!
Rosillo lands a right hook to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rosillo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Oh Vermillion is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rosillo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Vermillion was covering up waiting for the punch and Rosillo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Vermillion seems to have got his legs back now.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Vermillion working for submissions but it's allowed Rosillo to get to half guard.
Rosillo stands up out of the half guard.
Vermillion gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Rosillo connects with a crisp jab.
Rosillo lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Rosillo cracks Vermillion with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rosillo fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Rosillo lands with a straight right. Vermillion didn't see that one coming.
A jab from Rosillo does it's job there.
Rosillo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Juan Rosillo dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Vermillion gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Rosillo gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Juan Rosillo!
