1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Doc Dolla! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Steve Montenegro and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dolla closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Jobber is breathing heavily. Dolla landing a few strikes. Dolla is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Jobber will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dolla decides to stand back up. Dolla scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dolla controlling the pace. Dolla passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Jobber! Dolla lands a heavy elbow. Dolla takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dolla lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Jobber hang on? Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dolla has isolated one of Jobber's arms. Jobber looking to fight him off but Dolla twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
