Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Doucet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mo Lester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Matthew Doucet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doucet fails to land the takedown.
Lester closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lester lands in his opponent's guard.
Doucet looking for a sweep. Not yet Doucet, not yet.
Doucet could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Doucet keeping busy on the bottom but Lester has passed one foot through into half guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Lester is trying to control but can't.
Doucet works his way into side control.
Lester wants to control but Doucet postures up.
Lester is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Doucet's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Doucet is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Lester still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Lester has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Doucet might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Doucet is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lester off and has taken his back!
Mo Lester has got the better of the ground game so far.

Doucet looking to finish the fight with a rear naked choke. Lester is controlling Doucet 's left arm and he spins nicely into guard.
Doucet is trying to control the position but Lester postures up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Doucet is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Doucet is keen to just control but Lester is a slippery customer.

Lester really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Doucet. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Mo Lester showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Doucet's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Lester is looking to take a break and control but Doucet is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Lester tries to stand but Doucet is controlling from the bottom.
Doucet is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Lester stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Doucet swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lester avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Lester trying to control the position from guard on top but Doucet is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lester has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Doucet to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Lester is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Doucet pulls down on the head and he's put Lester to sleep! This one is all over!
