The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olegovich pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Olegovich dives in and grabs Nurbinskiy's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nurbinskiy pushes down on Olegovich's head and hops out.
Olegovich clinches.
Olegovich tries to pull guard but Nurbinskiy holds him up against the cage and eventually Olegovich drops back down to his feet.
Olegovich breaks the clinch.
Nurbinskiy tries to clinch but Olegovich moves away
and Olegovich counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Olegovich not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Nurbinskiy wants to improve his position but Olegovich is controlling well.
Nurbinskiy wants to control but Olegovich passes into side.
Nurbinskiy is not content to let Olegovich control the position.
Olegovich slows the pace down.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Nurbinskiy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Olegovich decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Oooooh!!! Nurbinskiy has knocked Olegovich down with a huge combo! Nurbinskiy steps away and waves a wobbly Olegovich back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Felix Olegovich has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nurbinskiy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Olegovich counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Olegovich.
Olegovich is pressed up against the cage. Nurbinskiy has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Olegovich down to the mat. Olegovich avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Nurbinskiy counters with a shoot takedown. Olegovich fights it but they end up in guard.
Yakut Nurbinskiy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Felix Olegovich.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nurbinskiy wants to control from the top but Olegovich keeps moving.

Yakut Nurbinskiy has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Nurbinskiy tries to clinch up
and Olegovich counters with a nice double leg into side control. Nurbinskiy won't be happy with that.
Nurbinskiy wants to control but Olegovich postures up.
Nurbinskiy pushes Olegovich away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Olegovich gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Olegovich really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nurbinskiy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Nurbinskiy is breathing heavily.

Sloppy strikes there by Olegovich.
Olegovich trying to control the action but Nurbinskiy is working from the bottom.
Nurbinskiy is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Olegovich off and has taken his back!
Olegovich looking very determined here, making life difficult for Nurbinskiy.
