Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Aronoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryu Nakano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aronoff comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes the Pain by Slayer. Mark Aronoff has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark Aronoff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryu Nakano! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nakano looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Nakano misses with a takedown and Aronoff counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Aronoff scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Aronoff thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Nakano's head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Aronoff is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Aronoff landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Nakano is not content to let Aronoff control the position. Aronoff is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Nakano doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Aronoff. Nakano is trying to stand back up but Aronoff is controlling him
Aronoff trying to mount his opponent but Nakano defends it. Nakano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aronoff. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Nakano is trying to control but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nakano pushes Aronoff off looking to stand but Aronoff dives back in and keeps control.
Aronoff working Nakano over with strikes. Aronoff is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Nakano wants to improve his position but Aronoff is controlling well.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Nakano wants to get back to his feet.
Aronoff in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Nakano tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Aronoff!
