The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holliday lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like PJ McMackin has been cut.
Holliday ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McMackin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Some wild striking there from Holliday.
McMackin throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Holliday's head.
McMackin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Holliday.
Holliday swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Holliday looks to land a left hand but McMackin moved out of range nicely.
Holliday lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
McMackin is rocked!
Holliday throws a shot from downtown. McMackin moves away and avoids it.
McMackin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Holliday tries to avoid it but McMackin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Holliday to the ground. Holliday escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
McMackin looks gassed!
Holliday cracks McMackin with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! McMackin falls to his knees and Holliday doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brock Holliday!
