Kingsley is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Blood Stained Nike's - Complete. Murilo Dos Alva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kyle Kingsley's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Murilo Dos Alva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Kingsley!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Alva misses with a double jab
and Kingsley counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.


It looks like Murilo Dos Alva has been cut.
Kingsley lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Dos Alva feints and as Kingsley raises his hands in defense, Dos Alva changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kingsley wants to stand but Dos Alva is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kingsley has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Dos Alva off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Dos Alva misses with a hook. Kingsley ducked under it nicely.

Dos Alva shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dos Alva was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Dos Alva has hold of Kingsley's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kingsley manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Dos Alva wants to control the pace but Kingsley is squirming around nicely.

Dos Alva takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Dos Alva shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Dos Alva is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Kingsley has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Kingsley!
Kingsley is looking to stand up but Dos Alva won't let him.
Dos Alva has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Dos Alva escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kingsley gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Kingsley would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Dos Alva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kingsley's guard.
Kingsley wants to stand but Dos Alva is controlling the position.
Kingsley wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Dos Alva manages to pass to side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kingsley is breathing heavily.
Well, if Dos Alva is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Kingsley is not content to let Dos Alva control the position.
Kingsley is trying to stand up here but Dos Alva is controlling him well.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Murilo Dos Alva wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Dos Alva displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kingsley throws out the jab.

Kingsley tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Kingsley looks to land a left hand but Dos Alva moved out of range nicely.

Dos Alva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kingsley tries to avoid it but Dos Alva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kingsley to the ground. Kingsley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Murilo Dos Alva will probably get the nod.

Dos Alva shoots in looking for a takedown but Kingsley manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dos Alva's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Kingsley stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Dos Alva shoots in looking for a takedown. Kingsley tries to sprawl out of it but Dos Alva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kingsley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kingsley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dos Alva paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kingsley fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dos Alva.

No joy there for Kingsley, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

A telegraphed right hand from Kingsley misses the target.
Kingsley throws a head kick but Dos Alva moves out of range.
Dos Alva throws a nice looking combination but Kingsley bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kingsley scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Dos Alva with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kingsley to score with a decent uppercut.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kyle Kingsley has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kingsley lands an elbow inside that Dos Alva shrugs off.
Dos Alva goes for a takedown attempt but Kingsley pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

And that's the end of the fight!
Kyle Kingsley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Dos Alva has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
