Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Punishment Cruel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chucky Kahn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cruel might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter Sandman. The crowd seem to be enjoying Kahn's choice of entrance music: Tibetan Song.2010.[ 21 ] 完玛三智.新歌. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahn moves to clinch but Cruel breaks away
and Cruel counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kahn wants to clinch
enabling Cruel to counter with a crisp jab.
Kahn closes the distance looking to clinch
and Cruel counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Kahn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kahn lands with a hook. Cruel tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Nice uppercut there from Cruel.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A combination from Cruel does no damage.

Kahn with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Cruel to score with a decent uppercut.
Cruel is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Cruel closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Cruel wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kahn keeps working.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

and Cruel counters with a head kick. That will keep Kahn thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

and Cruel counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Cruel finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Cruel paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Punishment Cruel dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Cruel shoots in for a double leg but Kahn sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Kahn tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Cruel manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Kahn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cruel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cruel looking to sit in guard and control but Kahn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Cruel looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Kahn must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Punishment Cruel.

Cruel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kahn stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Cruel shoots in for a takedown but Kahn shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Punishment Cruel. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kahn leaves Cruel with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kahn moves forwards but Cruel connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kahn drives through and clinches with Cruel against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Cruel throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kahn's waist but Kahn gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cruel off to one side.

Cruel looks to land a combination. Kahn sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Cruel is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Kahn is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Cruel is trying to ground and pound but Kahn uses the momentary lack of control by Cruel to regain half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Cruel wants to free his trapped foot but Kahn is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Cruel has gone for a leg lock! Kahn slips out almost immediately though and dives into Cruel's guard.
Cruel has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Kahn off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
And that's the end of the fight!
Punishment Cruel showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Cruel has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
