Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Ewing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ewing has chosen Dallas Theme song as his entrance music. Kimbo Rage has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage wants to land a leg kick but Ewing is out of range.
Ewing throws an ugly left hook that misses

Ewing is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Ewing is looking to control Rage's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ewing avoid being mounted?
Ewing tries to roll over but Rage keeps him under control.

Rage looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Ewing might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rage kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Ewing is in trouble now - Rage has advanced to mount!

Rage postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ewing looks a forlorn figure.
Ewing is trying desperately to improve position.

Rage get's back to his feet.
Ewing shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rage defends it nicely.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ewing misses with a straight right.
Ewing closes the distance and clinches up with Rage, looking for a takedown. Ewing pushes Rage against the ropes but Rage circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

That's time! Rage's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Ewing throws a jab but it's blocked by Rage.
Ewing lands a really nice looking cross but Rage seems unphased.
Rage shoots in looking for a takedown but Ewing manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rage's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ewing defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rage.
Ewing misses with a straight left.

Rage feints and as Ewing raises his hands in defense, Rage changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Ewing really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rage. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kimbo Rage.

Horrible takedown by Rage or perhaps it was just good defense by Ewing which made him look bad.

Ewing looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rage is fending him off so far but Ewing persists. Nope, Rage circles away and we're back to standing.
Rage uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ewing.

The ground and pound from Rage seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Ewing parries the strikes from Rage easily there. Rage is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Ewing to escape.
Ewing is not content to let Rage control the position.

Rage swings around for an armbar but Ewing sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Rage's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Rage not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kimbo Rage will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Kimbo Rage is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

This has been an exciting period of action!

BOOM! Ewing connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The referee warns Rage that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Ewing swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Rage is now in Ewing's guard. A big mistake from Ewing there, giving up the dominant position!
Ewing wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rage got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ewing has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rage has managed to get both his arms back between Ewing's legs - danger averted.

And that's the end of the fight!

I think Rage has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
