Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jose Alcano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arshad Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Alcano might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Three Stars & A Sun. Singh has chosen Check it out as his entrance music. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jose Alcano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Arshad Singh!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alcano tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Alcano is looking to slow Singh down with leg kicks.

Alcano closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Singh is looking to improve his position.
Singh is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Alcano stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Singh swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Alcano has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Singh slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

That was a close round but I would say that Jose Alcano will probably get the nod.

Singh cracks Alcano with a hook to the temple - Alcano is on wobbly legs here! Singh swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Alcano falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Singh wins by TKO!
