Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Derek Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dusty Bottoms (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roy comes to the cage accompanied by "Wake Up" by Rage Against The Machine. Dusty Bottoms has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bottoms swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Roy shoots for a double leg takedown but Bottoms sprawls well. He's pushed Roy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bottoms misses with a few strikes there.

That was a close round but I would say that Derek Roy will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Roy plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Roy tries to clinch there but Bottoms circles away.
Roy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bottoms as he jumps to the side.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bottoms shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bottoms was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Bottoms loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Roy scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bottoms land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bottoms stands and salutes the crowd.
