Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between William Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Parts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harrison comes to the cage accompanied by God's Gonna Cut You Down. Parts comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Written in the Stars kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, William Harrison! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tony Parts! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parts takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Harrison moves forwards but Parts connects with a nice, crisp jab. Parts fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Parts throws a right hand that misses
and Harrison counters with a lovely shot to the body. Harrison rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Parts counters with an outside leg kick.
Parts throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Some bone on bone action there as Harrison checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Tony Parts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Harrison blocks a low kick nicely. Parts pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Parts lands a right hook to the body.
Harrison blocks a head kick by Parts.
Harrison wants to clinch up but Parts keeps it at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harrison closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Parts misses with a punch on the inside.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Parts. Harrison wants a takedown.
Harrison lands a right hand. Parts prevents a takedown attempt there.
Harrison fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Harrison tries to score a body lock takedown but Parts shows good agility there to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Harrison. That's going to take a lot out of him. Parts breaks the clinch.
Parts throws a lazy uppercut
and Harrison counters with a lovely straight right hand! Harrison misses the shot to the body. Parts swings widly with a right hand
and Harrison connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Harrison checks a leg kick. Parts misses with a hook
and Harrison decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Parts's guard. Harrison is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Parts is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Parts has escaped and now he's on top!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harrison bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Parts's guard. Parts really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harrison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Parts is trying to keep Harrison in close.
Harrisonis looking to pass into half guard but Parts pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Parts is in guard. Parts wants to control from the top but Harrison keeps moving. Parts has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Harrison is proving hard to escape from. Parts stopping the sweep attempt from Harrison. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harrison had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Parts defends it easily. Parts postures up.

Harrison has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Parts can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Parts won't allow Harrison to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Harrison escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Parts gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Harrison is looking to sinch up a triangle. Parts throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Harrison's body to avoid the submission. Harrison has instead reached around Parts's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Harrison arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). William Harrison! William Harrison retains his middleweight title!
