The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Eddie Farnsworth and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riggs throws an off balance right hand
and Gorski counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Gorski pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Riggs throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Gorski tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Riggs is in Gorski's guard.
Riggs sitting in guard here, content to control.
Riggs tries to free his leg and advance position but Gorski is retaining full guard.
Riggs controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Riggs pushing down on Gorski's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Riggs stalling.
Gorski gets full guard.

Riggs seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jeremiah Riggs was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Riggs looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Riggs wants to free his trapped foot but Gorski is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Riggs is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Gorski!
