The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longshot tries to close the distance and clinch up but Edward swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Edward bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Longshot is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Edward wants to lay and pray for a moment but Longshot keeps working.
Longshot has control of an arm but Edward manages to advance to Edward's back!
Edward controlling well, preventing Longshot from escaping the position.

Longshot might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Edward kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
