Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Matos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcelo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nathan Matos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Marcelo Gracie! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gracie throws a body punch but Matos moves out of range. Gracie thows a left - swing and a miss! Gracie lands a jab to the nose. The crowd cheers as Gracie lands an impressive looking overhand right. Matos doesn't seem phased though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gracie misses with a left hand and Gracie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Marcelo Gracie has been cut. Matos uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gracie. Gracie fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Matos manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Matos keeping moving, preventing Gracie from controlling successfully. Gracie passes Matos's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Gracie works his foot free and advances to mount. Matos is trying to stand. Gracie is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Matos to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Matos shrugs it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie trying to control but Matos is having none of it. Matos takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Gracie in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Gracie wants to control the pace but Matos is squirming around nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie breaks from Matos's wrist control and lands an elbow. Gracie raining down hammerfists from mount. Matos really wants to buck Gracie off and get back to his feet. Gracie is in the full mount, landing strikes. Gracie lands a nice shot to the head. Matos trying desperately to get to his feet.
Matos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Gracie scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Matos?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gracie lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Gracie is landing with some decent strikes but Matos is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gracie is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Matos is surviving well by controlling Gracie's body position as best he can. Gracie quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Gracie but it's paid off an Matos is forced to tap! Nice work by Gracie.
