Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva with a lazy takedown attempt
and Jarosz counters with a straight right hand.
Silva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jarosz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jarosz moves into the clinch successfully.
Silva tries for a takedown. No joy.
Olgierd Jarosz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerson Silva.
Jarosz wants to get back to striking at distance but Silva won't allow it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Jarosz.

Jarosz is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Jarosz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Silva doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jarosz counters with a three punch combo that has Silva backing up. Silva nods at Jarosz to acknowledge the strikes.
Silva closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jarosz quickly recovers to half guard.
Jarosz wants to get back to full guard.
Jarosz tries to kick Silva off but Silva keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Jarosz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva thows a huge punch but Jarosz dodges it nicely.
Silva uses his free foot to push down on Jarosz's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jarosz.
Jarosz is breathing heavily.
Jarosz is working to get back to half guard.
Silva has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Jarosz is working hard here to advance position.
Silva throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Jarosz has his hands clasped together but Silva breaks the hold and Jarosz is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Silva!
