Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Carlito Papadafalos!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Papadafalos connects with a high kick.
Papadafalos lands a front kick.
Hughes looks for a takedown but Papadafalos sprawls well.
Papadafalos scores with a push kick.
Papadafalos dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hughes . That did some damage!
Hughes takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hughes takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hughes tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Papadafalos lands a right hook to the body.

Hughes takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Papadafalos connects with a leg kick. Hughes looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Papadafalos lands with a kick to the temple. Hughes shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Papadafalos fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hughes .

Papadafalos stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Both fighters circling a little - Papadafalos finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Papadafalos scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Papadafalos lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
A nice leg kick lands there from Papadafalos.

Papadafalos cracks Hughes with a right hand to the side of the head.
Papadafalos lands a hook that stumbles Hughes back into the cage. Papadafalos follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Hughes to the canvas! Papadafalos pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Hughes has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
