Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amir Satto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jake Kong! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Amir Satto! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kong tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Satto was well out of range. Poor timing from Kong. Satto dives in and grabs Kong's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kong pushes down on Satto's head and hops out. Satto avoids the body shot from Kong.
Kong throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

and Satto counters with a stiff right hand. Satto fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Kong throws a body punch but Satto moves out of range. Kong misses with a body shot
and Satto counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kong thinking. Kong fails to land with a series of punches.
Kong throws a series of punches but Satto avoids them all with ease. Satto shoots in for a takedown but Kong shows good takedown defense. Jake Kong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amir Satto. Kong misses with an uppercut
and Satto counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kong thinking. The fighters circle momentarily. Kong darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kong circles away from the clinch attempt.

Satto staying out of range there. Jake Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kong is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Satto. Satto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kong pinned against the cage. Kong gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Kong stuffs the takedown attempt from Satto. Satto gets slowly back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Satto shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kong as he avoids it easily. A shot to the body from Kong misses and Satto counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Satto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kong pinned against the cage. Kong gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Satto looks gassed! Satto drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Kong swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kong shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Satto closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kong circles away. Kong loads up on a big right hand but Satto slips the punch. Satto wants to clinch up but Kong keeps it at a distance. Satto is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Kong looks to throw the jab but Satto is out of range. Kong throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jab from Kong. Kong stalks Satto and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Satto's face. Satto staggers backwards, shaken. Kong closes the distance and lands a one-two. Kong getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kong catches Satto with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Horrible takedown by Satto or perhaps it was just good defense by Kong which made him look bad. Kong cracks a nice hook into Satto's ribs. Kong ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Kong throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kong thows a left - swing and a miss! Satto takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Satto doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Kong misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Satto.
Jake Kong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kong misses the jab. Some wild striking there from Kong.
Satto walks into a jab. A telegraphed right hand from Kong misses the target. Kong rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Satto moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kong misses with a double jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kong looks to score with a jab to the body but Satto is just out of range. Kong works Satto's body with a nice hook. Kong scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Satto is defended easily by Kong. Kong looks to throw the jab but Satto is out of range. Kong is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Satto keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kong. Kong misses with a hook. Satto ducked under it nicely. Kong misses with a body shot.
A slow jab from Kong misses its intended target. Kong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Satto moves away. Kong just misses with a punch to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kong misses with a straight left. Kong lands a nice shot to the body.

and Satto counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Satto. Satto has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kong is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Kong tries to break the clinch but Satto is controlling the position. Satto letting Kong take a breather here. Satto pulls guard effortlessly. Satto looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kong might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kong trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kong wants to get up but he can't break Satto's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Satto is pulling down on Kong's head. It's preventing any offense from Kong, at least for the moment. Satto keeping moving, preventing Kong from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Amir Satto dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Kong tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Satto was well out of range. Poor timing from Kong. Kong misses with a left hand and Satto counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Satto defending well as Kong loads up on a big left hand.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Satto rushes Kong and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Kong fails to pull guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kong looking to stall.
Satto drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kong pulls his leg out and moves away.

Satto preventing the sweep. Kong keeping moving, preventing Satto from controlling successfully. Satto loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Satto trying to control but Kong is working from the bottom. Satto throwing strikes but missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kong is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Satto stopping the sweep attempt from Kong. Satto stands and steps away. Kong gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Satto shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Kong swings and misses with a hook to the body.

He's got his arms around Kong's waist but Kong gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Satto off to one side. A looping hook to the body misses from Kong. Satto does a little dance to reset his feet. Kong circles away from the clinch attempt.

Satto pushes Kong off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Satto fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Satto looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kong is fending him off so far but Satto persists. Nope, Kong circles away and we're back to standing. Kong swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Satto moves into the clinch. Satto decides to pull guard. Kong trying to control but Satto is working from the bottom. Satto has a closed guard, preventing Kong from standing up. Satto preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Kong avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Amir Satto is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Satto bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kong's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Amir Satto comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Satto has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
