Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Multi Skillz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janno Gibbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gibbs has Skillz up against the cage in a clinch.

Gibbs pulls guard effortlessly.
Skillz trying to control the position from guard on top but Gibbs is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Skillz has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Skillz pushes down on Gibbs's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Skillz is trying to control. Gibbs wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Skillz is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Skillz wants to take a breather but Gibbs is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Multi Skillz.
Skillz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gibbs tries to avoid it but Skillz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gibbs to the ground. Gibbs escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gibbs shoots in and bounces Skillz off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gibbs accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Gibbs tries to score a power double leg takedown but Skillz sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gibbs somewhat.

Gibbs closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gibbs seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Skillz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Janno Gibbs showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Good leg kick by Gibbs there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gibbs connects with a nice short shot to Skillz's temple.

Gibbs fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Gibbs has control of Skillz's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Skillz regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Janno Gibbs has got the better of the ground game so far.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well Gibbs has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
