Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Lou da Vinci and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Silva shoots in and bounces Torres off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silva accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Torres pulls Silva in close to his closed guard and prevents Silva from doing any damage or advancing position.

Silva cracks Torres with a big right hand but Torres just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Silva is trying to get an arm triangle but Torres is defending well.
Torres gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Torres is wriggling around trying to escape.

Torres is bucking up trying to escape but Silva cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Torres tries to lock up and control but Silva gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Torres is wriggling around trying to escape.
Silva has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Torres is forced to tap!
