Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shlomo Wolowitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Armada Rijeka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolowitz falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Rijeka to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Shlomo Wolowitz has been cut.
Wolowitz throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Rijeka counter with a right hand.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Wolowitz enables Rijeka to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wolowitz manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Rijeka trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Wolowitz manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Rijeka is not content to let Wolowitz control the position.
Wolowitz is really struggling to control Rijeka but he's trying to hold on to the position.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Rijeka tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Wolowitz wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
I wouldn't like to be where Rijeka is right now.

Wolowitz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wolowitz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Rijeka tries to bench press Wolowitz off him but Wolowitz keeps the position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Rijeka is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That's time! Wolowitz's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Wolowitz swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rijeka holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Rijeka lands a right hand that snaps the head of Wolowitz backwards.
Rijeka escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Rijeka counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Wolowitz!

Rijeka misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Wolowitz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Rijeka shoots in and bounces Wolowitz off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Rijeka is looking to advance position but Wolowitz has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Rijeka looks out of his depth in this position - he's holding on tight.
Wolowitz can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Rijeka is looking to escape.

Armada Rijeka showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Rijeka gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wolowitz working aggressively here.
Wolowitz tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Rijeka's elbow.
Rijeka breaks from the clinch.
Wolowitz throws a poor cross that misses
and Rijeka counters with a shoot takedown. Wolowitz fights it but they end up in guard.
Rijeka postures up.
Rijeka wants to control from the top but Wolowitz keeps moving.
Rijeka might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Wolowitz kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Wolowitz misses with a combination
and Rijeka decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Wolowitz's guard.
Rijeka trying to control the position from guard on top but Wolowitz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Rijeka looking to sit in guard and control but Wolowitz gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Rijeka is pushing Wolowitz's head away, looking to escape. Wolowitz manages to hold on to the position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rijeka tries to buck Wolowitz off but Wolowitz is having none of it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Wolowitz decides to stand back up. Wolowitz steps back and let's Rijeka get back to his feet.
Rijeka throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Wolowitz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rijeka avoids a kick to the body.
Shlomo Wolowitz has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Wolowitz tries a head kick but it misses.
Rijeka is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Wolowitz's half guard.
Wolowitz trying to hold on to Rijeka's head to control him but Rijeka postures up.
Armada Rijeka is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Wolowitz moves into full guard.

Armada Rijeka comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Rijeka has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
