Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jamin Leask (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leask comes to the cage accompanied by Gloves Is On. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jamin Leask!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Morrison!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leask throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Morrison.
Morrison avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Leask shoots in and drives through. Morrison sprawls well.

Morrison closes the distance and clinches.

Morrison is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Leask breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Morrison counters by clinching up.
Morrison is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Leask gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Leask pushes Morrison away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Morrison gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Jack Morrison showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Leask is controlling an arm, preventing Morrison from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Jack Morrison comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Morrison has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
