Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eric Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castle's entrance music is Demon Hunter - Storm The Gates Of Hell. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Castle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Fisher! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fisher fails with the takedown and Castle counters with a nice uppercut. Fisher gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Castle connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. A big right from Fisher misses. Fisher throws a nice looking combination but Castle bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A low kick from Fisher is predictable there letting Castle counter with a right hand. Fisher looks to clinch and Castle counters with a lovely straight right hand! Fisher closes the distance but Castle moves to the side and Castle counters with a lovely straight right hand! Fisher wants to clinch but Castle slips to the side and Castle counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Castle throws a big shot that misses. Fisher ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Castle moves away. Nick Fisher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fisher throws an overhand right that lands on Castle's shoulder, as Castle tries to avoid the shot. Castle scores with a leg kick.
A right-left combo lands from Fisher. Fisher swings and misses with a shot to the body and Castle counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's one minute gone in the round. Fisher misses with a body shot
and Castle counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Fisher's guard now. Fisher looks gassed! Castle not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Castle passes into half guard under a barage of strikes. Castle is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Fisher! Fisher is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Castle looking to finish Fisher with some ground and pound. This is bad for Fisher! Fisher wants to control but Castle is having none of it. Fisher tries to get back to half guard but can't. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fisher throwing hammer fists to the chest of Castle. What's that going to do exactly?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fisher is bucking up trying to escape but Castle cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Fisher wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Castle controlling the pace for now. Castle has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fisher is in a horrible position here. Castle smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Fisher throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Fisher throwing hammer fists to the chest of Castle. What's that going to do exactly? Castle controlling from mount. Castle landing strikes from the mount and Fisher is in trouble! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fisher wants to hold on but Castle pushes him away. You get the feeling that Fisher really doesn't like being in this position too much.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Castle unloading with bombs! Fisher wants to hold on but Castle pushes him away. Castle is in the full mount, landing strikes. Castle landing strikes from the mount and Fisher is in trouble! Castle pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Castle fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Castle loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Fisher scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Castle land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Castle stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eric Castle!
