The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blank slaps away a takedown attempt from Dutra, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Blank throws a nice looking combination but Dutra bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Blank throws a right and a left that Dutra avoids nicely.
Blank throws a right hand that Dutra ducks under and follows up with a left that Dutra also avoids with ease.
Blank gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dutra to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Dutra drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dutra jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Dutra is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Blank is surviving well by controlling Dutra's body position as best he can.
Dutra is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Blank has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Blank is trying desperately to improve position.
