Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lou Sifer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Peter Stevenson! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sifer fails to land the takedown. Stevenson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Stevenson swings away with a leg kick that misses. Stevenson has Sifer up against the cage in a clinch.
Sifer tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lou Sifer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sifer fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Stevenson connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Sifer is breathing heavily. Sifer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Stevenson swivels and escapes.

Stevenson closes the distance and clinches. Stevenson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sifers head. Stevenson just leaning against Sifer, taking a breather. Stevenson lands a nice knee to the body.

Sifer tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Stevenson counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Sifer! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Stevenson!
