Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ethan Larsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocko Robles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ethan Larsen has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ethan Larsen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rocko Robles! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robles lands a slapping body shot.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Robles is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Larsen. Larsen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Larsen has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Larsen there as he acknowledges the shot. Robles stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Robles wants it to stay on the feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Larsen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Robles manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Larsen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Robles shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Larsen shoots in looking for a takedown. Robles tries to sprawl out of it but Larsen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Robles manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Larsen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ethan Larsen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Larsen shoots in looking for a takedown. Robles tries to sprawl out of it but Larsen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Robles manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Robles pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big right from Robles misses. Robles punishes Larsen's body with a nice straight punch. Larsen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Robles lands a nice hook to Larsen's body. Larsen takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Larsen closes the distance and clinches up with Robles, looking for a takedown. Larsen pushes Robles against the cage but Robles circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Robles lands a nice shot to the body.
Robles misses with a hook
and Larsen counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Robles is lucky that one didn't land flush. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Robles misses with a leg kick and Larsen moves into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rocko Robles dominated that round. That's time! Larsen's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Larsen scores with a head kick. Robles tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Robles is looking to chop away at Larsen's legs. Robles lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Robles throws a leg kick and Larsen counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Larsen. Robles wants to sweep but no luck. Larsen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Robles is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Larsen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Larsen throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Robles has his hands on Larsen's head, controlling the position. Robles is trying to keep Larsen in close.
Robles avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Larsen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Larsen wants to control from the top but Robles keeps moving. Robles is trying to hold Larsen in close to prevent damage but Larsen has managed to pass into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Larsen sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Robles defending well though. Larsen throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Larsen missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Larsen is working for a submission of some sort.
Larsen not landing any meaningful shots this time. Larsen is trying to work for a kimura but Robles is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Robles wants to improve his position but Larsen is controlling well.
Larsen not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Larsen trying to control the action but Robles is working from the bottom. Larsen seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Robles is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
