Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ron Cantrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joonatan Roinatan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roinatan has chosen Onyx - Slam as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roinatan tries to clinch up but Cantrell circles away and keeps his distance.
Roinatan throws a nice inside leg kick.
Roinatan wants to clinch but Cantrell slips to the side
and Cantrell connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

enabling Cantrell to counter with a crisp jab.
Cantrell tries to close the distance and clinch but Roinatan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Joonatan Roinatan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cantrell closes this distance looking for a takedown but Roinatan circles away.

Roinatan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Roinatan dives in and grabs Cantrell's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cantrell pushes down on Roinatan's head and hops out.
Cantrell forces Roinatan back against the cage and clinches.
Cantrell tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Roinatan smiles and moves away.
Roinatan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Cantrell manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cantrell shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Roinatan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cantrell's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cantrell pushes a forearm under Roinatan's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Roinatan is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
