PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Builder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emile Graton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bob Builder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Emile Graton! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Graton keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Builder. Bob Builder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Builder. Builder shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Graton is working to get back to half guard.
Builder controlling the position easily from mount. Graton is wriggling around trying to escape.
Graton has left one of his arms exposed and Builder doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Graton screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Bob Builder!
