Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bran Li!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li misses with a combination
and Quantock counters with a stiff right hand.
Quantock showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Li.
Bran Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Li misses with a left hand
and Quantock connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Li pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Li throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Li pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Quantock lands with a hook. Li tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Li misses with an uppercut
and Quantock counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Quantock scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Quantock thows a huge punch but Li dodges it nicely.
Well, if Quantock is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Quantock is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Li is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
