Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksei Kadochnicov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Aleksei Kadochnicov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chavez wants to land a leg kick but Kadochnicov is out of range.

Chavez lands a big head kick that sends Kadochnicov tumbling to the mat! Chavez takes a step backwards and waves Kadochnicov back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Aleksei Kadochnicov has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Chavez misses the target.
Kadochnicov closes the distance but Chavez moves to the side
letting Chavez counter with a right hand.
Chavez throws a sloppy head kick
and Kadochnicov counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Chavez lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kadochnicov darts in trying to clinch
and Chavez cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Chavez cracks Kadochnicov with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Chavez has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kadochnicov to stand back up!
Kadochnicov is still on wobbly legs! Can Chavez finish him?
Chavez fakes the body blow, causing Kadochnicov to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Kadochnicov goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
