The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Van der sar darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Maslobodev looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Van der sar is trying to work for a kimura but Maslobodev is defending well.
Maslobodev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Van der sar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Van der sar is trying for a kimura here. Maslobodev looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Van der sar wins by kimura!
