Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Spilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Tut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tut has chosen Rember the name as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Tony Spilla could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to King Tut's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Spilla! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, King Tut! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spilla misses with a low kick. Spilla moves into the clinch. Tut is working for takedown but Spilla is calmly controlling the position for now. Spilla works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Spilla postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Tut keeping full guard, as Spilla tries to pass. Spilla has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Spilla trying to control the position from guard on top but Tut is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tut is looking for a triangle but Spilla pushes his legs off easily.
Spilla wants to pass the guard but Tut is keeping the position. Tut wants to get back to his feet but Spilla is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Spilla content to stall in guard here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tut is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Spilla defends well. Spilla stands up from Tut's guard - Spilla perhaps looking for a knockout. Tut gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Spilla to score an easy takedown into full guard. Tut keeping full guard, as Spilla tries to pass. Tut being controlled here, momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Spilla drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Tut manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Spilla has Tut in his guard. Tut stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Spilla swivels though and keeps the full guard. Spilla throws his legs up looking for a submission but Tut uses it to pass to side control.
Tut wants to lay and pray for a moment but Spilla keeps working. Tut wants to take a breather but Spilla manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Tut. Spilla working a defensive guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tut is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Spilla is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Tut is aware though and is defending well. Spilla not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Tut wants to get up but he can't break Spilla's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Tut trying to control but Spilla is working from the bottom. Tut is looking to work some ground and pound but Spilla has wrist control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Spilla doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Tut avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Tut drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tut jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Spilla working for a triangle but Tut defends it easily.
Spilla is breathing heavily. Tut drops back looking for a leg! Spilla is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Spilla manages to kick Tut off! Tut jumps back into Spilla's guard. Tut tries to free his leg and advance position but Spilla is retaining full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Spilla dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Tut throws a head kick but Spilla moves out of range.
Tut lands a jab-cross combination. A momentary lapse in concentration from Tut enables Spilla to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tut manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Tut trying to keep a closed guard but Spilla is proving a slippery customer.
Tut is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Tut is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Tut wants to sweep but no luck. Spilla trying to control the position from guard on top but Tut is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. King Tut wasn't active enough on the ground. Tut shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Spilla counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spilla drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tut looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tut looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tut! Tut trying to control the position but Spilla is working away. Tut in side control, throwing shots but Spilla defends. Tut has hold of Spilla's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Spilla seems comfortable defending it but Tut has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Spilla is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Spilla is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Tut couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). King Tut!
