Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lee Hazelwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Titou Ortizzz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Titou Ortizzz told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortizzz throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ortizzz closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ortizzz is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hazelwood is just riding it out for now. Ortizzz eventually gives up the hold.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Ortizzz is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hazelwood doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ortizzz.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ortizzz connects with a nice short shot to Hazelwood's temple.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ortizzz cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Hazelwood is rocked!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ortizzz loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Hazelwood scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Ortizzz land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Ortizzz stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Titou Ortizzz!
