Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marcin Nevinyrral (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paolo Gallo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gallo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. B.Y.O.B. kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Marcin Nevinyrral had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. On his way into the cage it seems that Marcin Nevinyrral has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marcin Nevinyrral seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallo throws a lazy head kick
and Nevinyrral counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Gallo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nevinyrral is looking to clinch.
Nevinyrral lands a jab to the head.
Gallo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nevinyrral lands with a thumping leg kick.
Nevinyrral closes the distance and clinches.
Gallo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Nevinyrral pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Gallo doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Marcin Nevinyrral has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paolo Gallo.
Nevinyrral tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gallo smiles and moves away.

Nevinyrral displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gallo.

and Gallo counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Gallo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Nevinyrral's head.

Gallo thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Nevinyrral is refusing to be controlled, as Gallo sits in half guard.
Gallo gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Gallo misses with a takedown
and Nevinyrral counters with a takedown into side control.

Nevinyrral trying to control the action but Gallo is working from the bottom.
Nevinyrral will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Nevinyrral misses with the ground and pound.
Gallo tries to escape but Nevinyrral is in control.
Nevinyrral wants to stand but Gallo is controlling his arm.
Gallo struggling a bit here.
Nevinyrral really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Nevinyrral sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Gallo is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Nevinyrral tries to stand but Gallo controls the position and pulls Nevinyrral into his guard.
Gallo looking for a sweep. Not yet Gallo, not yet.
Gallo is looking to sinch up a triangle. Nevinyrral throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Gallo's body to avoid the submission. Gallo has instead reached around Nevinyrral's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Gallo arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
