Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iournut fails with an attempt to clinch.
A head kick from Iournut lands but Vesque takes it in his stride.
Iournut tries to clinch there but Vesque circles away.
Vesque misses with a hook
and Iournut counters with a head kick. That will keep Vesque thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Vesque throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Iournut tries for a takedown but Vesque circles away easily
and Vesque counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Vesque throws a body kick the misses
and Iournut counters with a big head kick but Vesque shrugs it off.
Vesque circles away from the clinch attempt.
Vesque cracks Iournut with an uppercut from hell and Iournut crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Vesque's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
It looks like Eyenee Iournut has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vesque slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vesque decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Iournut, up you get!
Iournut with a poor takedown
and Vesque counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Iournut! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
