Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Allegro Halme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Tyler!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler misses with a double jab
and Halme connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tyler throws a combination that misses
and Halme counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Halme moves into the clinch.

Tyler breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Halme circles away from the clinch attempt

and Halme counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Halme controlling from the top position.
Halme is looking to work some ground and pound but Tyler has wrist control.
Halme stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tyler swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tyler can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Halme controls the pace.

Halme stands and steps away. Tyler gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Tyler throws a leg kick

and Halme counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
A frustrated look appears on Tyler's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Tyler is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tyler wants to break the clinch but can't.
Halme using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Tyler is working Halme over against the cage.

Tyler throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Halmes head.
Tyler wants to get back to striking at distance but Halme won't allow it.
Tyler is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Halme keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tyler's efforts to push away.
Tyler gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Halme.

Halme blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Halme breaks the clinch.
Halme shoots in for a takedown but Tyler shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Tyler closes the distance looking to clinch

and Halme counters with a shoot takedown. Tyler fights it but they end up in guard.

Halme stands and steps away. Tyler gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Halme instigates a clinch.
Tyler can't break the clinch.
Tyler prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Allegro Halme. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Halme manages to break the clinch.
Halme looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tyler is fending him off so far but Halme persists. Nope, Tyler circles away and we're back to standing.
Tyler swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Halme counters with a single leg into guard. Tyler didn't expect that.
Halme content to stall in guard here.

Halme prevents Tyler from getting back to his feet.
Halme slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Halme drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Halme jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Halme content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Halme pushing down on Tyler's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Halme seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Tyler is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
