Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Porter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Porter comes into the arena with Red Hot Chili Peppers - Roller Coaster of Love blaring out of the sound system. Billy Reed struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed throws a big shot that misses.
Reed scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Matt Porter has been cut.
Good leg kick by Porter there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Porter misses with a few strikes there.
Porter cracks the inside of Reed's front leg.
Reed walks into a left hand.
Porter dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Reed has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Porter.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Porter avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Nice uppercut lands for Reed. That snapped Porter's head back.
Porter is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Reed looks gassed!
Reed on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Reed finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Porter's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Reed falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
