Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between MItch Bjukanon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gen Andrew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bjukanon comes into the arena with JWP bądź mistrzem blaring out of the sound system. Andrew has chosen Miseria Cantare - A.F.I as his entrance music. Gen Andrew will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, MItch Bjukanon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gen Andrew! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Andrew fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bjukanon dodges the punch combination from Andrew.
Andrew lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Bjukanon clinches up against the cage. Bjukanon pulls guard. Andrew wants to stand but Bjukanon is controlling his posture from full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bjukanon looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Andrew must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Andrew trying to stand up but can't free himself from Bjukanon's guard. Andrew really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bjukanon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bjukanon has Andrew pulled in close to control his posture. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bjukanon shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Andrew is trying to defend but Bjukanon finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Andrew is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bjukanon stands up out of the half guard. Bjukanon misses with a head kick.
Bjukanon gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Andrew lands with a kick to the ribs.
Andrew misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bjukanon moves out of range of the body kick. Andrew throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Bjukanon. Bjukanon shoots for a double leg takedown but Andrew sprawls well. He's pushed Bjukanon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bjukanon dives in and grabs Andrew's left leg, looking for a takedown. Andrew pushes down on Bjukanon's head and hops out. Bjukanon is breathing heavily. Bjukanon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Andrew napping and manages to drive through into side control! Check out the look on Bjukanon's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Bjukanon is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Andrew's shoulder. That is not cool. Andrew wants to get back to his feet but Bjukanon is dominant here and he's now got Andrew's back! Bjukanon controlling from the back. Andrew is taking damage to the body and head. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bjukanon controlling the position well here. Andrew rolled but Bjukanon kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Bjukanon is working for a rear naked choke. Andrew is not defending it well and Bjukanon has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Andrew refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Andrew's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
