Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Risen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valera Zugin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zugin closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Risen did well to prevent Zugin getting side control.
Risen slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Risen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zugin defends it easily.
Zugin trying to control the position from guard on top but Risen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Zugin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Risen is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Zugin is tapping! Great win for Risen!
