Meatball has chosen Spider ain't no sunshine as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Baltazar Ramos could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Michael Meatball's chin.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos lands with a nice body punch.
Ramos showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Meatball.
Ramos closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ramos lands in his opponent's guard.
Meatball had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ramos defends it easily.
Meatball has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Ramos has passed into side control.
Ramos working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Ramos goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Meatball has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Ramos but great work by Meatball.
Meatball swings around for an armbar but Ramos sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Meatball's guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Ramos's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Ramos thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Meatball tries to buck Ramos off but Ramos is having none of it.
Ramos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Meatball keeps working.

Ramos advances nicely into full mount.
Meatball seems to have recovered his senses.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ramos cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Meatball takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Ramos's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Baltazar Ramos!
