Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Flint Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ian Topps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Flint Steele! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ian Topps! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Kavanagh and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big head kick from Steele and Topps is sent sprawling to the canvas!
Topps is rocked! Steele sitting in guard, not really doing much. Topps is still in real trouble! Can Steele finish him? Topps is looking to sweep but instead, Steele has passed into half guard.
Topps tries to roll over but Steele keeps him under control. Steele is looking for a kimura but Topps is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Steele to get the leverage. Topps seems to have recovered his senses. Steele throwing shots but Topps is blocking nicely. Steele stalling away here and it's allowed Topps to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Steele seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Topps wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steele wants to control from the top but Topps keeps moving. Steele not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Topps is on top in guard.
Steele wants to get back to his feet but Topps passes into half guard.
Topps missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Steele is trying to maintain the position but Topps is very close to passing his half guard. Topps controlling the action here. Steele moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Topps looking to sit in guard and control but Steele gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Steele stands and steps away. Topps gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Ian Topps seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Topps throws a series of punches but Steele moves out of range. Topps misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Steele.
Topps throws a leg kick but Steele sees it coming and moves out of range. Topps stuffs the takedown. Topps just misses with a punch to the body.
Steele takes a body punch but keeps moving. Topps misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Topps wants to clinch up but Steele keeps it at a distance. Steele looks to clinch and Topps counters with a three punch combo that has Steele backing up. Steele nods at Topps to acknowledge the strikes. Steele is breathing heavily. Topps shoots in for a double leg but Steele sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Topps doesn't manage to clinch there - Steele circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Topps throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Steele. Steele moves into the clinch. Steele tightens his grip and picks Topps up, before dumping him to the ground. Topps manages to land in guard. Steele postures up.
Steele decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Topps, up you get! Steele lands with a thumping leg kick.
Topps misses with a few strikes there.
Topps throws a nice looking combination but Steele bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Topps throws a series of punches but Steele moves out of range. Steele moves away from the strike by Topps. Steele avoids a punch combination nicely.
Steele avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Topps throws a head kick that misses and Steele counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Topps is looking to control Steele's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Topps avoid being mounted?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Steele prevents Topps from improving his position. Topps looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Topps throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Topps works his way to full guard. Good work. Topps is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Steele punching from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Steele wants to control but Topps is keeping busy.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Topps is looking to take a break and control but Steele is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Topps misses with a wild combination.
Steele lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Topps sprawling to the canvas. Steele follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Topps hang on? Steele decides to stand up. Topps lands a with a good body shot. Steele gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Topps fails to pull guard.

Steele throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Steele is on top in guard.
Topps controls Steele momentarily but Steele frees himself. Steele pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Topps is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steele is pushing down on Topps's leg trying to pass to half guard. Topps is fighting to maintain full guard but Steele has managed to sneak the leg through. Steele prevents Topps from improving his position. Topps is breathing heavily. Steele is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Topps is trying to stand up here but Steele is controlling him well. Steele wants to lay and pray for a moment but Topps keeps working. Topps missing with punches from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Topps is looking for a sweep. Steele is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Topps throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Steele counters with a shoot takedown. Topps fights it but they end up in guard. Steele works a leg free and moves into half guard. Topps is trying to control but can't.

Topps kicks Steele off and gets back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Topps wants to clinch and Steele counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Topps's guard now. Topps looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Steele trying to control the position from guard on top but Topps is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Steele decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Steele circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Topps drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Steele follows Topps to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
