Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alex Moran!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, C G Stark!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moran is looking to clinch but Stark is avoiding it.
Stark just misses with a punch to the body.
Moran tries to clinch but Stark moves away
and Stark counters with a single leg into guard. Moran didn't expect that.
Stark slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Moran is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Stark is controlling him.
Stark is in close to Moran's body, working some short punches and elbows.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stark wants to control from the top but Moran keeps moving.

Moran is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Stark wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Moran has him pressed against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Moran with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Stark is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Moran's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Stark fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Moran is breathing heavily.
Stark listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
It looks like Alex Moran has been cut.
Moran throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Alex Moran is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Stark shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Sloppy strikes from Stark. Those never looked like landing.
Stark connects with a good right hand that stumbles Moran. Moran circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Moran is rocked!
Stark walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Moran drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Stark swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Moran's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). C G Stark!
