Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Paulo Santos and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a body punch but Valcone moves out of range.

Silva ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Valcone stalks Silva and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Silva's face. Silva staggers backwards, shaken.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Valcone is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Silva can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
