Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Emelyanenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilya Porunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelyanenko with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Porunov to score with a decent uppercut.
It looks like Ivan Emelyanenko has been cut.
Porunov scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Porunov misses with a few strikes there.
Porunov scores with a shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Emelyanenko has a takedown stuffed.
Porunov uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Emelyanenko instigates a clinch.
Emelyanenko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Porunov throws a series of punches but Emelyanenko moves out of range.
Emelyanenko could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Porunov looks to land a body kick but Emelyanenko moved away.
Porunov misses with a double jab.
Porunov throws a nice looking combination but Emelyanenko bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Porunov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Emelyanenko.
Emelyanenko throws a head kick that Porunov semi-blocks.
Porunov lands a jab.
Emelyanenko takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Emelyanenko fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Emelyanenko takes the fight into the clinch.
Emelyanenko tries a knee to the head but Porunov blocks it.
Porunov is trying to break the clinch but Emelyanenko is controlling him.
Porunov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Emelyanenko prevents it.
Emelyanenko is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Porunov can't fight it off and eventually Emelyanenko manages to take the fight to the floor. Porunov looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Porunov manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Emelyanenko is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Porunov can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Emelyanenko is looking to escape.

Emelyanenko is desperately trying to improve his position but Porunov has a good base and remains in mount.
Emelyanenko tries to hold on but Porunov postures up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Emelyanenko regains half guard.
Emelyanenko strikes from the bottom but Porunov passes into mount!
Emelyanenko wants to control but Porunov is having none of it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ilya Porunov dominated that round.

No joy there for Emelyanenko, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Emelyanenko pushes Porunov up against the cage in a clinch.
Porunov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Emelyanenko prevents it.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Emelyanenko has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Porunov uses from the top position.
Emelyanenko has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Porunov off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Emelyanenko with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Porunov has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Porunov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Emelyanenko eats them both and turns towards Porunov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
A jab lands there for Porunov.
Ivan Emelyanenko's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Emelyanenko misses with a wild combination.
Porunov closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Porunov ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Emelyanenko takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Jeez, Ivan Emelyanenko's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ivan Emelyanenko's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
