Couture comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Amazing kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture has managed to clinch.
Shackleford is trying to drag Couture to the mat but Couture just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Couture prevents the takedown attempt.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Couture.
It looks like Rusty Shackleford has been cut.

Shackleford takes a shot to the head.
Shackleford goes for a takedown attempt but Couture pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Shackleford rushes Couture and presses him up against the cage.
Shackleford misses with a hook to the ribs.

Couture creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Shackleford with a big uppercut! Shackleford tries to clinch up but Couture pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Shackleford to the mat! Shackleford covers up and Couture unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
