Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Mattos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heath Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller has chosen Night of the Hunter as his entrance music. Heath Miller acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mario Mattos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Heath Miller!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
It looks like Heath Miller has been cut.
Miller tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Miller walks into a stiff left hand from Mattos.
Mattos walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Miller checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Miller tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mattos sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Miller somewhat.
A punch combination from Miller misses.
Mattos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Miller tries to clinch up
and Mattos counters with a head kick that drops Miller to the mat! Miller scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Miller is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mattos dances in with a quick combination. Miller is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Mattos snaps Miller's head back. Miller stumbles backwards against the cage. Mattos steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Miller's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Miller just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mario Mattos!
