Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Davis Roberts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens has closed the distance and engaged Roberts in a clinch.
Roberts working aggressively here.
Stevens is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Roberts gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Roberts manages to break the clinch.
Sloppy strikes from Roberts. Those never looked like landing.
Stevens takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Stevens throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Roberts cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Stevens wants to clinch.
Roberts pushes Stevens up against the cage in a clinch.
Stevens ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Stevens no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Roberts works over Stevens with some ground and pound from guard.

Stevens can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Roberts controls the pace.

Stevens wants to sweep here but Roberts controlling him for the moment.
We're going to have a standup here because Davis Roberts wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Stevens misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Roberts thows a body shot but no joy.

Stevens lands a big head kick that sends Roberts tumbling to the mat! Stevens takes a step backwards and waves Roberts back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Roberts is rocked!
It looks like Davis Roberts has been cut.
Stevens closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Roberts! Stevens dives in looking to finish! Roberts is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tommy Stevens!
