Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baus shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Baus trying to control but Robert is working from the bottom.
Robert trying to control the position.
Robert has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Robert looking for a sweep. Not yet Robert, not yet.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Robert tries for a takedown but Baus circles away easily
and Baus counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Robert bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Baus's guard.
Baus keeping full guard, as Robert tries to pass.
Robert is pushing down on Baus's leg trying to pass to half guard. Baus is fighting to maintain full guard but Robert has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Baus is looking for a sweep. Robert is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Baus wants to control but Robert is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Baus kicks Robert off and gets back to his feet.
Robert closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Baus did well to prevent Robert getting side control.
Robert works his way into side control.
Robert tries for a kimura but Baus is defending well.
Baus tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Robert working the strikes but Baus uses the opportunity to regain half guard.
Robert throwing shots but Baus is blocking nicely.
Baus is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Let's hope that Robert has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Baus won't allow Robert to pass to mount.
Baus has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Robert is working away from the top position though.
Baus keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Robert prevents Baus from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Robert maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Baus could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Robert has cracked it and Baus is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Robert!
