Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ilkka Laitinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taavi Liisteri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laitinen comes into the arena with AC/DC - Thunderstruck blaring out of the sound system. Liisteri has chosen Solid Base - I like it as his entrance music. Ilkka Laitinen had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Laitinen lands a nice leg kick that just misses Liisteri's sensitive parts.

Laitinen is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Liisteri drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Laitinen dives on top into guard.

Liisteri has his foot on Laitinen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Laitinen works his way back into a safe position though.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Laitinen, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
