Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crawie swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Carlton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Fabien Crawie has been cut.
Crawie throws a left and a right that both miss
and Carlton connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Crawie displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Carlton.
Carlton shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Crawie pinned against the cage. Crawie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Carlton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Crawie circles away quickly and effectively.
Crawie throws a combination that misses
and Carlton counters with a slapping leg kick.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Carlton. Crawie shrugs it off though.
Crawie is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Crawie misses with a double jab
and Carlton counters with a head kick.
Carlton connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Crawie covering up! Carlton comes in with a big uppercut and Crawie goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Johnny Carlton!
